Vegas trip

Last week my friend came to US for 5 days. It is actually his first time visiting here, so I know that I am responsible to introduce the beauty of this country since I am now living here( I hope this a good reason to be absent in class, lol),so we went to Vegas last weekend!!!

This is actually my third or maybe fourth time visiting Vegas, but it is my first time to drive there instead of taking the tour bus. It took us about three and a half to four hours to drive from my house to Vegas. Though I am not a good driver, but i am indeed a good " direction reporter". We followed the direction made by our GPS, and I repeated the words of our GPS lady loudly and clearly to the driver.  

Since Vegas is a city never sleeps, she becomes more beautiful as night goes darker. We visited several famous luxurious hotels such as Aria, Bellagio, Venetian and Mirage. The free shows that each hotels performed are fantastic and terrific. And how can you miss the best part of the Vegas--casino! Since I am really not a gambling person, the only thing I did is using the slot machines which is the easiest game of all the casino. I guess it's because of the " beginner's luck", my friend won 175 dollars in less than 5 minutes by playing Black Jack.

Well, Vegas is a place gives people drams and hopes, and I am sure I will be back soon.
